I wish you'd stop coming on here and giving thought out evidenced based statements.  It makes it difficult for those who want to present the first notion that comes into our heads as FACT.

Haha! If fans got along with each other and people weren’t generally stupid, and there was no aggro in the world. Then it would be a good idea...

I hope when we sell out, we'll be chucking the 200 of them in the corner of the Chaddy End and selling the rest of the Chaddy End to us?

They’d already sold 200 by Tuesday before we decreased the prices so we’re anticipating about 500-800 from them.

We can’t segregate the Chaddy End like that because of how narrow the concourse is. Plus it just increases stewarding costs as we’d have to have a line of stewards through the middle of the Chaddy End. There isn’t a barrier to segregate them in either the stand or the concourse

Interesting that AL has just discounted the last home game to a fiver....I’d probably have waited to see if we were still in the playoff hunt!

It would be well too short notice to wait until Wednesday to put on a ticket promotion in the space of a few days. Not just too short notice for us but the away team also

Northampton will have a nightmare now because they'll have to refund all their supporters that have already bought tickets, and then resell them the tickets at the discounted price

It's £675. For that you get your seat, food before the game, tea/coffee at half time, a programme and a parking pass. Any home games in the first 2 rounds of the cup competitions are included.

They still haven't announced what the price to renew is, but have sent an email saying that they have recently discovered that the club are making a loss on the package due to an "administrative error", so the price will be going up.

There is a rumour that Marco wants to pull the plug on providing this in the North Stand due to the deteriorating relationship with the landlord. Not sure if there's any truth to this though.

£675 for a padded seat, a cup of tea and a programme? That’s shit, no wonder we can’t sell them.

    Hope that's a bit better :)

It’s pretty depressing that we can’t even sell 100 premium seats, I seem to remember it was quite a good package

It's not what was originally promised, and now they say the price will go up next season.

We’re putting together a far better package this season, definitely better value for money. There may or may not be a price increase, we need to work something out that suits us and the fans as last season the previous commercial team was working on a loss when it came to 100 club sales

Hey Billy, what's the deal with the padded seats in the North Stand? Most near me are unoccupied. If you try and sit in them before kick off, you get turfed out by the stewards. If you wait until the game has started, you're usually left alone. Is this policy, or are the stewards just being slack?

They’re the 100 club seats. We don’t actually have 100 members in the 100 club (lol), and as far as I’m aware there are 100 seats there... our commercial department tries to sell the remaining 100 club seats per game. Obviously if they don’t or if a 100 club member doesn’t show up etc, then the seat will be vacant during the game. The stewards won’t know until the game starts if the seats have been sold/occupied. Really they should be omitting people from those seats if they haven’t paid for it because someone might be late or they might just be inside still or whatever, as well as the fact it’s not been paid for by them :) I won’t get into it any further because the last time I started discussing anything seat related on here it was a nightmare!

If I turn up on the day unannounced can I move to a vacant seat in the lower main stand and claim a free programme?

However,  if you are offering a free box in the North Stand I'll be in touch asap.

I wish we could offer a free box to everyone who has been affected!

Yes you are able to move to a vacant seat in the lower main stand. Your free programme has to be claimed through the Ticket Office though.

    Thanks

It says we will all be contacted not the other way round.

What happens to those ST holders who turn up on the day, where are you going to direct them?

I get that you are annoyed but I am trying to help you.

I'm contacting you right now via this channel.

Not all seats have been directly affected, most of those directly affected I have got in touch with. What seat do you sit in?

I don't believe a word that comes out of this club.

    I await being contacted then.

If you can DM me your contact number or email supporter.services@oldhamathletic.co.uk I'll explain to you why the gantry couldn't go in the North Stand and I'll arrange your seat rearrangement

    Thanks

Hardly a non issue. At the start of the season the club takes my money for a seat that I expect to sit in for the season as advertised. I'd ask for a refund but I doubt the club would co-operate.

Tell Sky to put it somewhere where it isn't going to cause an issue. Put the fans first.

Sky aren't able to put the Gantry anywhere else for several reasons. We tried to find an alternative solution (hence the delay in fan's being updated) that didn't affect supporters in the Main Stand but arrangements fell through.

With regard to a refund, it is in our T&C's that the club reserve the right to move supporters should we need to.. like when the club moved RRE ST holders in the past when we played a team like Sheffield Wednesday etc. It's frustrating but it's just one of those things

I don't doubt you've done as much as you can but we're not even at the point where they will be processing those paper applications yet. It seems to me that there is a reluctance on their side to process on our behalf if the option isn't available yet. Or Abdallah isn't happy to pay their commission for their service.

    Nope, there's just a process
