Over 800 people ready to lap up anything that is thrown at them for another year then. Shame.
Or they just want something to do on a Saturday

The legend that is Billy in the ticket office had the title Support Services Assistant but now is Ticket Office Manager (Support Services). It sounds like a promotion, and if so well deserved.
Thanks

Billy - it’s a nightmare !!
i keep getting directed to Birmingham City’s on line ticket office for some reason ??!!
Think I’ll have to speak / come down
13 hours ago, losesome said:Same thing happened to me, I have 2 S/T but account only shows 1.
I can't seem to add other ticket to it, Also like you when I do click on the one I have to pay it takes me to the Birmingham site!!!
There’s probably an issue with Ticketmaster’s back end coding or something, I’ll get them to sort it... typical this!
If you want you can give us a call and I’ll walk you through it or you can just renew over the phone, takes less than two mins

Unless I’m doing something wrong, don’t seem to be able to buy tickets on line when I go via the OS ??
You need to assign your Season Card customer reference number (in brackets next to your name) to your eticketing account.
Full details on how to do this can be found at ticketguide.latics.co.uk...
Alternatively if you want you can call us and we'll help36 minutes ago, BP1960 said:Don't tell me the the clubs broadband account has been shut down.

It's only renewals that are until 27/3/19.
The early bird discount (so same prices) runs until late April.
Given what a lot have said in this thread, some of those renewing don't need to as they don't actually sit in that seat anyway.
However, you do make a valid point, moving the deadline until 29th or 31st March is unlikely to make that much difference for the club (please correct if wrong), but might make a lot of difference to those renewing.
I'll pass this on. It's a good idea

Oh and Billy - stop biting on here and go over to B&Q and get a bell for the ticket office window. Get one of the youth team to do it.
we have one, it says "panic" on it!
How apt! -

If you’re talking about single match tickets, then they should have season tickets if they want a guaranteed seat. If it’s season tickets, they should have got them earlier. They can’t complain because the seat they want is taken. I don’t see that as inconvenience I see that as people shit out of luck of their own making.
Fair enough

Apart from in a season ticket holders seat, though

I wasn’t. Apologies if it came across like that, I obviously didn’t communicate what I was trying to say well enough

I wouldn’t call this thread toxic. People are voicing their opinions due to being told that we HAVE to sit in specific seats in a stadium that isn’t even half full.
I never said you had to sit in your seat, all I said is that some fans are inconvenienced, I never blamed anyone or said season ticket holders need to relinquish their seats or damned season ticket holders for not sitting in their allocated seats
all I said was that some fans complain, and are inconvenienced. Why would I make that up?
Some fans like to sit in a certain seat, if that seat is occupied by a season ticket holder on our system, and that season ticket holder sits somewhere else every game, the fan has missed out as we can’t sell him the seat he specifically wants.
Believe it or not, we get situations like this regularly. That’s all I was saying.

This entire forum is unnecessarily toxic at times. Wow

You really need to lighten up.
How does not being to sell my seat to someone else inconvenience anyone? You still wouldn’t be able to sell it if I sat there? Is there something I’m missing here? If people are bothered about specific seats in the Joe Royle stand, they should have bought them when it opened.
I’m fine thanks. I don’t need to “lighten up”. As someone previously stated, his sense of humour didn’t translate to me over social media. It happens all the time.
You have missed something but I give up trying to explain now. Have a good evening

Actually, I'm going to go and find mine about 3.10 on Saturday, move whoever's sat in it and blame it all on Billy
Do you have a problem with me or something?
Edit: Sorry - I should have seen the funny side!

As I have one of the best seats in the ground I intend on sitting there for the rest of my days. I might move around very slightly if those round me stop going though.
I had a great ST in the old Lookers stand but due to being away when the seats for the new stand were sold I didn't get a great replacement.
However, every year I do recommend the ticket office do an audit of the seats taken. This is because in my 3 or so years at my current location the 4 seats to the left of my seat have remained empty. Its quite handy for dull games as I can have a nap.
The thing is, those 4 seats are probably taken on our system... 4 people probably just don’t sit there and sit somewhere else entirely!

You sound like a barrel of fun and pretty easy to spot then I would think
Billy has told you the inconvenience it causes at the ticket office and I suppose you think he is over complicating matters too when in actual fact it would be simpler for him and all concerned if you just sat in the seat you paid for wouldn’t it?
It's more that it inconveniences fellow fans that I'm bothered about

Or if the ticket office allowed you to buy a season ticket but didn't mandate it being 'attached' to a seat. Save on the number of 'Reserved' stickers needed too - win, win!
Actually is a good idea but the system we have at the moment, you have to assign a seat number

An accompanying iFollow subscription for all ST purchases.
ST holders should have access to watch interviews and press conferences without having to pay extra.
I suggested this idea but then found out that iFollow is provided through the EFL, so the club can't give out free subscription's as it isn't "our" service to give out, if you get me
I do agree with you though

Nothing to read into this, as somebody that used to work for Zebra has just replied:
"I used to work for Zebra finance. It's a very rudimental system that involves paper applications and manual input. Large amounts of applications per day are actioned. Nothing the club can do to hurry the process along"
We've done everything on our end as a club/ticket office, just waiting on them to confirm that everything is good to go
