    Wasn't there a time a few years ago when refs were told to crack down on simulation. Well that didn't work. If a player goes down writhing in agony he should be made to leave the pitch and undergo an extensive medical examination.

    I suppose there are those who are really into tactics, formations and coaching methods etc and then there are those like me. I watch football for the entertainment, for the effort, the skill, the dribbling, the shooting, the tackling. the blood and thunder etc. I'm not fussed about 442, high press or whatever. I just want entertainment. Sadly I've not seen much for quite a while.

    Well we kind of got one of them in Gardner and that hasn't worked out too well. Would need to be a lot better than Gardner if we got one.

    It could have been like that for us. Imagine Frank taking ownership when Shez came in and gave us that lift. Another four or five good new players then and who knows what ? Sorry for dreaming.

    I'd love to know what's going through Franks's mind right now. He's obviously a shrewd bloke and he knows we are shit and he knows if we carry on at this rate we will be relegated. He can also see that the players are just not putting in the effort. I can't believe he will let this continue beyond the new year.

    It was pretty dis-heartening to hear the names of the subs as they came on, Luamba, Burgess, Cooper. My heart sank as I thought "what the ^%&* are they going to do" ? Well ^%&* all as expected.

    My eyesight is not great, really, but I didn't see anything in Nuttall that would want me see him come to BP. Yeah he got a goal but I could have scored that one.
