We did this ages ago, and I can't find the thread now. We did B&W's and characters too. I've found the characters one...

This is always soooo difficult because it can change depending on the mood, at the moment I'm listening to Philip K Dick audio novels so I'm in a sci-fi state of mind - anyway here goes....

...and for the definitive result... all remmeber to buy Empire this month where they havedone the biggest ever movie survey.... well ever... to find the wolds favourite top 500 films of all time...

Cant rememeber what I put now for my top 10... probably looked something like this:

- Star War IV - A new hope

- Alien

- Shakespeare In Love

- Pan's Labyrinth

- Bladerunner (the directors cut - hate the crappy sunset ending)

- Cloverfield

- Lord of the Rings - Return of the King

- Donnie Darko

- Rollerball (original version)

- Evil Dead 2 (or 1, or 2, or army of darkness... ugh)

(With honorable mentions for Serenity, Jurrasic Park, The Matrix, 10 Things I hate about you, The Descent, Pitch Black, Superbad, no country for old men, O'Brother where art thou, any given sunday - and of course, guilty pleasures (that you would never put in a poll like this) - Starship Troopers, Fast & The Furious... just to cover my bases)

Nothing too stunning tbh, anything other than films about gangsters/the mafia/politics and I am normally a happy bunny....
