singe
Does anyone know of any free backup software that allows incremental back up. I ahve an Acer PC, and it seems to be clogged up with a few backs that I tried, probably doubled the GB on my HDD!! I'd really like ti to be nice and easy to use, incremental back up, and an image of the whole PC so if everything goes wrong it's easy to re=install. I'd be backing y=up to an external Maxtor. Or what does everyone else do? Cheers
Matt
What OS are you using Singe?
pcassist
Acronis True Image is probaly the best, unfortunately it's not free but a great programme to use . It's about £39.00 but you can download a trial version, don't know if it does a complete image though. This is what we use in the shop all the time for copying hard drives . Regards Ian G. Matt
I use Migo http://www.migosoftware.com/store/pc-backup8.html Feature packed, easy to use and knocks acronis into a cocked-hat - at $60 it's a bit more expensive than acronis (not much) - but it's worth it to save the hassle when you need it the most... Using Vista PRemium, unfortuantely. Looks like I'd have to shell out. ARE there (long winded I guess) ways of doing it for free?
