ceskylatic
Russel Slade has left Yeovil after over two years in charge.Four wins on the bounce for them as well pulling them clear of relegation. Fingers crossed they`ll be on a downer & less focused without a manager for Saturdays game! Edited February 16, 2009 by ceskylatic

Frankly Mr Shankly
Not surprised at this one. Slade and the owners have been bitching at eachother for a few weeks now. To be honest I thought he did a reasonable job at Yeovil, one of the smallest budgets in the division. Could see them going down now. Diego_Sideburns
It's not a titanic moment as you posted it in the wrong section. Wrong section? It's a 'General Football' matter. They play Brizzle Rovers before they become eligible to be in this section!
Matt
No he's right Diego, this bit is OAFC and L1 - the General Sports bit is for any other business...

Diego_Sideburns
Some of the Yeovil players were devasted at the departure of Russell Slade. After four successive victories under Slade, last night Yeovil lost for the first time ever against Brizzle Rovers. http://www.myglovers.co.uk/news/Slade-exit...-devastate.aspx YTFC unable to give the reason for Slade's depature for legal reasons. http://www.somersetcountygazette.co.uk/new...e_Yeovil_Town_/ The Achieve By Unity Fans Partnership meeting tonight might reveal the reason to members. http://www.somersetcountygazette.co.uk/new...Slade_lowdown_/ Edited February 18, 2009 by Diego_Sideburns
