Fishal Site from Monday - Signing Within 72 Hours I'd class that as pretty official!!!!!! What was that club statement... we wont say anything until everything is signed?..... So lets see which signings are announced in the next couple of days to see who we missed out on, or hope it's held up in ngeotiations! The team who played in the year above Butt, Scholes et al, there were players at Oldham, Norwich, Crewe, Stockport and Bury - The year of Scholes etc was not only pivotal in local junior football history, but also in English footballs history - as those players became some of the most decorative footballers to play in this country. Yet, the year above as mentioned, there was only 1 player who ammounted to a pro career and he ended up, a few years later, at BP on a months loan. At that age the line is very, very fine.....but obviously the coaching beyond Junior football the line was far greater The same still very much applies.
