BJBlue
I have to do 'work based learning' for my uni course and was wondering if any one has done it at the club or knows of any one who has. It's the media part of the club i would be interested in.

garcon
More helpfully, Ackey (Stephen Ackroyd) is your man for media - see the contacts page below. Also take note of the bit about work experience further down the page. http://www.oldhamathletic.co.uk/page/Conta...,,10337,00.html

oafc0000
You might be better off getting some experience form a more successful company
Zorrro
Ackey would be well chuffed at being relieved from tea duties for a couple of weeks.
thelaticsfan
I worked there when i was in college studying IT in the workplace but i worked under sean jarvis, he did very well for me, he looked after me, i was welcomed all the time, gordon included me in everything even non IT related i.e press conferences (ronnie moore was just appointed our manager) Alan Hardy set me goals and did research for me to help, and the playing staff and coaches were really friendly with me aswell, david eyres made me a brew, neil kilkenny dropped me off in oldham and tony philliskirk stole a buscuit off me on the first day and bought me a load in for the rest of the week, overall was a really good experience, learned a lot and had fun, would recommend to anyone.
