oafc0000
To be fair to him he's probably attended as many latics matches as you this season! More in fact!
losesome
This will be my last post on the subject but I fail to see how it's embarrassing. Let's go through events. Game abandoned Tuesday night. Wednesday: Discussions between both clubs over ticketing arrangements and statement announced for Thursday. Meanwhile Oldham fans talk of conspiracy, how Rochdale are trying to rip everyone off and sending emails complaining to the football league. Thursday: Statement released announcing tickets to be exchanged for free. And all that could have been avoided had Dale done what Hartlepool and Cheltenham did , Issue a statement within hours of the match finishing. Why does it need discussions between Dale and Latics officials when Latics had publicly stated at 8.10pm - 20 minutes after play was abandoned that Latics supporters would not face any cost for re-entry. It took Dale another 48 hours to come out with that , then you wonder why speculation and conspiracy theories are abound !!!!!!!!
losesome
I disagree with this viewpoint. Rochdale didn't create the speculation and "conspiracy theories", on here the highly irritable and impatient Latics fans did. Rochdale probably had a lot of consultations and planning to do with a lot of different parties, and because of that they arrived at the correct decision. Well done Dogdale. What consultation and planning do they have to do to announce that it will be free for the re-match ????? Dale like the ref on the night came to the right conclusion but it could have been done much earlier.

The police may have been involved as it was a local derby if rochdale had been playing exeter it wouldn't have been a problem but with over 3000 tics the logistics become abit more complicated.
