Saw a dark range rover, saw a tipper type lorry loaded with a lot of grit and sped past me whilst walking dog. Few minutes later parked up in a cul de sac near home. Blokes laughing and joking in exagerated way. Sort of didn't fit council workers spreading grit just looked odd at the time. Well done for keeping 'em peeled. They have to grit roads (statutory responsibility). The grit has to be paid for. That's another old woman lying dead in her bed due to a Social Services employee being laid off due to these.
