Frankly Mr Shankly
Sends a bit of a shudder through you when you see that, doesn't it?
Haribo_man
Definately, Morecambe are far too good to drop out of the league!
Bristolatic
Sends a bit of a shudder through you when you see that, doesn't it? And your point is? Oh, I get it. We've let Stephens go, so we'll be in the Conference season after next. OK.

No, we've gambled and gone "all-in". And a possible end result isn't unthinkable. It's very real.
Bristolatic
It has to be a joke thread, considering this post from Mr Shankly in the Jason Lowe thread. "Sounds like a like-for-like with Stephens. Part of a huge gamble by the club this, so I'll refrain from a kneeejerk reaction yet as he may be ace!"
SholverBlue
Most of our sh*t players do well in League 2.

"Sounds like a like-for-like with Stephens. Part of a huge gamble by the club this, so I'll refrain from a kneeejerk reaction yet as he may be ace!" The "kneejerk reaction" was in reference to a comment a couple of posts up proclaiming we've brought in a :censored: player. It still doesn't alter the fact that the club have gambled our future on this division by letting Stephens, our main outlet for goals and assists this season, go. garcon
If I was Sammy McIllroy, I'd be pretty pissed off at finishing below Oldham next season. Besides, Crawley are going down. Shortly after their owners do.
