Downtime

Most of you will have noticed that OWTB was out of action from yesterday lunchtime through to the early hours of this morning. We apologise for this loss of service.

 

I'm not sure we've quite figured out why, but our usually automated payment was not processed and then for some inexplicable reason, after paying the bill manually within minutes of going down, we had to wait over 12 hours for approval of the payment from Invision.

 

Suffice to say that we're not overly impressed with the time this took and, again, we apologise for being offline for such an extended period.
