I just can't take a manager seriously if he's looking like that on the side of the pitch.

 

I remember having decent banter with him though when Exeter came to BP- and he was dressed in a purple suede jacket and a brown cravat combo. I asked if it was a fancy dress bet; he just replied "It's called having style". I disagreed (!), but he was a decent crack on the touchline; seemed an alright chap.
