People loved the pub because you could watch the game so easily. Corney sold the club to a wealthy Croatian. The Croatian pumped some good money in. We were doing really well and our crowds shot up. Latics Lee returned as a fan. Jose Baxter scored in front of the RRE and Lee ran on to the pitch to celebrate with Jose. Then Gerrard came up to me at the end and gave me his shirt. Bastard placed it in the opposite top corner when the game came though. Cracking penalty.
