Diego_Sideburns
If they're not good enough for the Greedy League, why should we have to put up with them? http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/10362701/Mark-Halsey-claims-the-majority-of-elite-referees-are-not-fit-to-officiate-in-the-Premier-League.html
jsslatic
I often say this to fans of top flight sides who bang on about the quality of refereeing - however bad their lot are, ours are two divisions worse.
jsslatic
To add, with the exception of the penalty that wasn't at Goodison, whenever we've had a top flight ref over the past few years I've always been very impressed with the level of officiating which is notably better than what we get week in week out. This is where I am at, prem refs are way better than the :censored: we normally have to endure. Dont get me wrong not all are :censored: some do an adequate job, but no more than that. Just dont ask me to name one

pk200
Prem refs are better overall but whenever one refs a premier side playing a lower league side they always favour the bigboys.
