Harkins and Mellor could easily have won MOTM today has both played well. In Rooney's 10 minute cameo he didn't put a foot wrong for me, exactly what was required so I'm giving him a "shout out" too. JoeP Posted January 12, 2014 Share Posted January 12, 2014 (edited) Either Wes, Tarky or Smith are going to be player of this season for the consistent performances they put in but Mellor had the toughest job on the pitch today in dealing with Morais, who was definitely Stevenages best player and possibly the most creative player on the pitch. They targeted Mellor as a supposedly weak point, like they did on the first day of the season, and he stood up admirably.
