Dave_Og
Apologies my mistake I should have made it idiot proof by asking for peoples opinions He's selling a small chunk of shares in the company he majority owns and he may have a range of thing on which he chooses to spend the cash. I couldn't give a flying one if he puts money into Rangers as I have less interest in Scottish football than I do in tiddlywinks. There is no chance that it is heading our way so I have absolutely no opinion on the subject.

He can't take us over, and he won't give us any more money without wanting something that he will benefit from in return which we don't have. Nothing to see here. chris_oafc
In the article it says "Mike Ashley is selling a 2.6% stake in Sports Direct, worth £117m, in a deal with US bank Goldman Sachs" He still owns 55% of it. So it's really nothing to him i take it. Edited January 21, 2015 by chris_oafc
