oafcshuck Posted March 24, 2019 Share Posted March 24, 2019 I’ve supported this club for 22 years and never once had one bit of glory. Two failed play off campaigns. Two failed double legged ties to take us to Wembley. The only glory is two last day escapes. I was naive and genuinly didn’t think we’d ever get relegated from League One. I categorically can confirm I weren’t one of the few happy people who thought it’d be a good idea as we’d bounce straight back. It’s never that easy. The 22 years do make the one day we achieve something worthwhile. The point of this post though is what is the plan? I admit we can’t achieve much this season now and don’t mind the Wild option but what’s the plan next season. I don’t want us to become the next Chester, Halifax, Torquay, York or Darlington. You think it’ll never happen to you, but what is the plan, whose taking charge next year, whose getting this club back on the up and on the map. Exactly Mike,you shouldn't but like winning the lottery and enjoying the most intimate of relationship s with the most beautiful girl/boy you have ever met, not going to happen but difficult not to think about.
