  1. That is wrong as far as i'm aware mate. I wasn't there tonight so can't really comment on the decision until i see it, (although it did sound bizarre). As i'm currently 'studying' the laws of the game in preparation for my Referee course i thought i would just clear this up. Extract from The Lawsof the Game 2008-2009 Law 11 Offside. A player in an offside position is only penalised if, at the moment the ball touches or is played by one of his team, he is, in the opinion of the referee, involved in active play by: • interfering with play or • interfering with an opponent or • gaining an advantage by being in that position
  2. I think its a really good idea, and hope it takes off to become a regular thing to accompany OWTB. Can't be there for the Leeds game but i hope we can try it at the Leicester game, i'll be taking my scarf!
  3. Are you going to get anymore, as i'd have one of each.
  4. Yeah but if the contract offers are relatively the same then he could be asking for a 3 year contract off donny.
  5. It might not be about money, it could the length of contract.
  6. Bump, its on now. (should be wearing a blue tie though! )
  7. Well i don't know when it will be, i'll find out tomorrow, because i'm Army and i will be affiliated to the Army FA, are they the only games i will do, or do i also come under my local county?
  8. Are there any qualified referee's on here? I'm going to apply for the course tomorrow when i go into work, just wondered if there was anybody on here who could pass on some tips?
  9. Ok while i'm still sober, Happy new year everyone, and lets hope 2009 brings us all what we want! Party on!!!
  10. Exactly, a penny less than 400k and TTA can reject it, but 400k or more they HAVE to accept, but Hughesy could still reject a move.
  11. Gunnar Halle for me too, although Pogs is not far behind.
  12. Oh right didn't know that mate, seems a stupid decision to me, If it is true, what was it based on?
  13. Can we bring back 'membership', i'm a soldier living in the midlands, a season ticket is just not an option for me, but i do attend alot of games home and away, and i'm sure the associated benefits would encourage more revenue and more fans to the match?
