    He does know the rules, and he got it right. Roy winds me up on Latics player, HE knows f**k all about the rules, but is constantly having a go at the ref like he is gods gift to refereeing. I can understand being a bit biased, but he takes to a whole new level. Anyway i was kind of expecting a loss, after so long without a game, plus its Hartlepool! But now they have brushed off the cobwebs, Rochdale are going to feel the pain!!!

    whats a direct corner? Is it the opposite of an indirect one?

    Well take it from me, you CANNOT be offside from a goalkick. The reason the backfour line up, is to catch them offside after a flick on. Its amazing how many players don't know this rule either.

    Irrespective if Rochdale said there was no need for an inspection, its not up to them. The referee has to do a pitch inspection before a match no matter what the weather is like. Either he failed in his duty to do an inspection or he has made a very poor decision to allow it to go ahead. Its not often I blame a Referee these days but this time there is no defence.

    Why are people saying its 'Dales fault? The Ref has sole responsibility for the inspection, i'd be very surprised if he didn't do one, and if he did then it was obviously the wrong decision. The fault lies solely with the Ref.

    Right so i have just got a new laptop, and i want to stream my movies and stuff off my PC on to my laptop. I have succesfully streamed media from the PC to the PS3 using Tversity, but can't seem to set up streaming to the Laptop. My PC is running vista 32bit and my Laptop is running Windows 7, any help would be great.

    As long as you are challenging for the ball, i.e within distance of it, then its fair game. Running into to someone with force to prevent them getting the ball is an offence.
