Why don't we allow our supporters to switch ends at half time?

I remember this happening at away grounds in the 70's, Bootham Crescent particularly springs to mind.

.....And whilst i'm remeniscing.....does anyone remember three quarter time? The gates would open and 'fans' would flood in for the last 20 minutes for free.....

"Going to the match tomorrow Geoff?" "No Donald, I'm taking wedding photos at 3 o'clock but I might get down for three quarter time."

That was my dad !! It was common place up to the early seventies I believe?

No longer with the club. Signed an 18 month contract with Forest Green Rovers on 4th January 2014.

No way should he play up top on his own at home v bottom of table......but since he can effectively play any of 4 or so different positions, he offers LJ a whole host of flexible options providing he starts......somewhere!

The most difficult one of the season to pick this i'd say.

 

I wouldn't be surprised if there's another player in tomorrow aswell.

 

I can see him starting Lockwood at CB & moving Grounds to LB or even starting Lockwood at LB.

Then again, Mellor played well at Liverpool and arguably deserves to keep his place.

 

Brown or Kusunga at RB? Or Lockwood?

 

I think Smith & Wesolowski are certain to start in CM but I think he'll start Harkins, so maybe one up front with Harkins behind him? Clarke Harris or Philliskirk to start though? I don't see MacDonald starting but you never know.

I can't contemplate us not starting Philly on Saturday. Tidy, mobile and intelligent with a keen eye for goal, he would be one of the first names on the teamsheet for me.

How about a voucher handed out at the Bradford game for discounted admission to the cup ties if you commit to attending both or should the club just simply reduce admission to both cup ties?

I'm not sure the club has the time / resources to run a voucher scheme which is a shame as the Bradford game should attract an above average home turnout.

Certainly could be an expensive couple of weeks for many just this side of Christmas.

Obviously Lee intends to use two out and out wingers at home, so could it be considered that the pitch be widened slightly on both sides to help alleviate the problem of an over hit cross?
