More than a decade. Very conservative. Even during the glory years our owners were largely disinterested, apart from the number of pints they sold. Still, it did get worse after that, and worse, and, well....Now we actually have an owner who cares about the club's well-being. In 45 years, I've never experienced this before. So yes, if you're getting angry at the club then give your head a wobble. It's going to take a long time to repair the damage done by such a long period of neglect.

Not really. Most clubs have to plan for different scenarios well in advance of the end of the season (although doing it now seems too early). It would be stupid to not to so. We should have a type of risk register that would be updated at regular intervals.
