You have literally made that up to support and argument have you noticed the weather has got much nicer since PW took charge.
What's that got to do with it......it's a winter sport....he comes from a country colder than ours.
And what, exactly, did I make up?

From the M.E.N. last Friday:
"The new owner of Bury Football Club has said its financial position is 'significantly worse than what was discovered' during the process of his takeover last December.
In a statement issued as a winding-up petition goes to the High Court next week, chairman Steve Dale said the extent of 'problems inherited from the previous ownership' have now become apparent."
Sounds a familiar story......wonder if he used the same firm of dodgy accountants as AL for due diligence.

And that means what, Dave...….you didn't bother going on Saturday, unless you changed your mind.

I have and it's a valid opinion.

This for me too. However Iversen has certainly improved the way he deals with crosses - he comes off his line far more positively recently and that must be down in part to the goalkeeping coach.
I also think PW has played a big part.....he seems to have a way on instilling confidence in players. In Iverson's case, he has come out for far more crosses in the last 3 games than he did under Scholes.

Clarke can be a hero or villain but today, 100% hero. I thought our defensive unit was superb today. Iacovitti seems to have slotted in really well.
To win 2-0 away against a top team and an awful ref was a top performance.
We shouldn't get carried away but you can tell from the reaction at the end of the game the team knew todays result was massive.
Agree with most of this...…..but, in my opinion, both Edmundson and especially Iacovettii are good defensively but need to work on their distribution.

Incredible really.
Some record and win % when you take both spells combined.
(Hold that... 6 mins of added time!!)
Yes, but AL is crap at interfering!!!

Don't worry about me, I’ll be there. Wembley’s not far down the road.
Does that put you in the glory hunter category?

Yes
So if we do get there, the club and players can't count on your support then.

If you attend this fixture you need to be sectioned
Will you still think that if we get a good win that could take us nearer to the playoffs?

Evidence that he will remain an interfering hire and fire non payer would be a failure to reply to the Trust letter.
I'm going to throw this out for debate:
If PW gets together a good run of results allied with good, solid performances to take us to the edge or, better still, into the playoffs AND does it working with AL/ML and their "interfering"...….does it constitute a failure?

Well the Facebook groups seem to be rigourously supporting him and ban alot of people who don't support him. You quickly see how much better the moderators are on here compared to the little hitlers that run those groups.
I've tried for quite a while to join empty-head's Facebook group but he won't let me in. My daughter and nephews are in so I do read his sh*t but am unable to respond.

I think the problem is that knowone has come up with an idea for a protest that everyone can get behind yet. I mean their wasn't one organised for today was there. Having already paid my money as a season ticket holder I went and will probably go to the home games between now and the end of the season.
It doesn't mean everything isn't shit though.
Don't disagree with your last point. More just gauging whether anti-AL sentiment is as widespread outside these social media circles.

Seems everyone is content to just slip back to normal and forget anything ever happened.
If we have a regular fan base of 4k, what sort of numbers will have be regular contributors of OWTB, Trust or the other forum?

Wonder if Hunt will still be involved? He was completely out of favour before PS. More curiosity than anything, and if he is dropped then I wouldnt read too much into it as he has been woeful this season.
How about reading Scholes picked his own team!!!

Most talented player we've had in quite a long time. Just needed somebody to manage him properly in my opinion. I know a lot thought he was just self-destructive but who knows? Infinitely better then anything we've got now.
Now he's back in Ireland, it's probably his mum.

Plan = go out,get wasted and go to sleep.
Most importantly, don't miss out on valuable recovery time thinking about a crazy Morrocan and a bunch of fourth rate footballers.
Question is "Why should I waste time thinking about said Moroccan who I have no influence over"?

On another note, what a job Southgate has done. He was average at best at boro, he has prob had a lot of luck! If we’d had topped the group in the World Cup we prob would t have made the semi ‘s. But we did and he’s built on that! Ducking big sam started with Rooney as captain on his first game
What's this got to do with Latics?
