Here are my thoughts on season ticket prices for next season. Lets think positive and look forward to the future, if we all thought why bother next season we wont have a club to support in a couple of seasons. True there are more downs than ups but thats what make the ups all the better. Based on other clubs season ticket offers. Instead of 3,000 fans buying S.T at £350 each charge £175 on the basis of selling 6,000. Under 16 and over 65's £100 a S.T Pro's You would not lose any money. You would nearly fill the ground every week Better atmosphere which helps the team Double the merchandise and shirt selling potential Double the program,pie and pint sales. Create interest to entice younger Latics fans to bring there friends and family in years to come. Cons None Sorry in advance to some fans for being a tad positive.

I wouldn't be surprised if Big Joe ditched Smalley and Allesandra if they failed to score in the next 3 games. We will probably end the season with Eaves and Bembo Lita upfront! Whos are striker coach is it Tommy Wright?

Who could have envisaged starting the season with Davies and O Grady upfront. Then both being dropped and sold. Then Hughes and Allesandra taking us to the top of the league and looking like the perfect partnership. Allesandra being dropped. Hughes having Brett Ormerod as his strike partner. Hughes having Darren Byfied as his strike partner. Hughes having Dean Windass as his strike partner. Hughes having Steve Kabba as his strike partner. Then finishing the season with Smalley and Allesandra up front. No club in the history of football could have rotated and sold and got rid of as many strikers in a season as us. Absolute madness.....I'm going for a lie down!

Don't need anyone. We have a big enough squad and good players who are not even catching. The 11 players who got us to the top of the league unbeaten are still at the club, they just need the following: Managing correctly. Motivating. Played in the correct system. Given a massive injection of confidence and belief. Take the fear factor out of there game and look like they're enjoying it. A little bit of luck. If Joe cant do it nobody can! Weve had enough journeyman and loanees this season and none have worked.

Would have biten your hand off for 6th place at the start of the season. Would have biten the your other hand for 6th at Christmas. And would bite your am off for it now. If Joe can't do it nobody can.

Great point made by both of you, unfortunately no manager with get us up this season. Lets get a manager in that can get us up next season and not a quick fix one.

I thought the turning point of our season was the woeful second half display at Stockport when we where flying high. I thought the second turning point would be the Stockport at home game when I thought we had found our form again, unfortunately it wasn't. Is it possible to go on a good run to the end of the season starting tomorrow at MK Dons. Can't remember the last time we had a storming end to the seson,probably going back to the Royle days. I reckon we have got an easier run in than anyone....heres hoping.

1 in 5 merchant Kabba. 3 goals in his last 42 games does not exicite me. Similar scoring record to Ormerod....I'd rather have Byfield. Law of averages tells me eventually one lone striker will come off for Shez, smacks of hope and luck rather than sniffing out new lower league talent.

I like Keith Hill, a bit ruthless and takes no s~~t. Think he'll get Dale up this season..plus all his signings are cheap if not free. Dale have better young players than us at the moment. Will Buckley who we let go at 16 for nothing is gonna make it big, with Celtic and Wolves looking at him. I like Rundle, Thomson and Kennedy as well. I'd have him if Shez goes at the end of the season.

Dont know about team on Saturday after tonights performance. Where's Keiran Lee and Dale Stevens, two young lads who have come with good reputations and can't get on the bench. selling last seasons top scorer and replacing him wih a 40 year old hasnt improved us. As for Stam he doesnt get a look in on the bench when Hines and Golbourne (young unproven non Oldham players) get regular starts! As for knocking the confidence of your young keeper bring Hartlepools number 3 in to replace him...bizarre. Dont know why Jones and the Portugese lad werent on the bench to give them 15 minutes at the end. All questions can only be answered by one man.

After Hereford I didnt think we could play that poorly again. Especially after the Leicester and Stockport performances. One word......inconsistent.

Sick of Gregan moaning at players for his own mistakes. Some younger / new players need encouragement not a volley of abuse if they're within earshot of the big man.
