Think a lot of people, myself included wouldnt have minded if Shez resigned/was sacked due to his seemingly unwillingness to change team/tactics. With the post game interview i think Shez knows changes in set up are needed and by the sounds of it will be implemented on Tue. Seems he persisted out of loyalty to players.
