  1. Sorry to drag this up again but just read this article, scroll down to have your say bit, a very well balanced review of the whole Manchester fiasco for all the Rangers hating /Celtic lovers amongst us http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/sport/foo...icle3941512.ece Bit of a long read but well put.
  2. http://www.express.co.uk/posts/view/44612/Firing-squad Windfall on the way I feel lads and lasses
  3. 2 Leeds fans stabbed to death in Turkey and no ban ? 42 people (well scumbags) out of 150,000 plus arrested. I was there all day had a brilliant time met some great fans from Rangers and Zenit, it wouldn`t be fair on the majority of decent fans who follow Rangers.
  4. I was gutted when she moved, I was sat right in front of her with a condom at my feet, got some strange looks for sure
  5. Moan all week about how crap Latics are to the Mrs, come Saturday she says "Latics at home today love" I reply" yes but I can`t be arsed". 20 minutes later at 2 pm " it`s not raining, I off to Latics" . Working so far I t`s about the whole build up to 3 pm on a match day we all feel, we all must have ritual without realising ?
  6. Great advert for the sport, always gave 110% for us, not the best player in the world but I would take his attitude over some big time charlie any day. TOP MAN WARNEY AND THANK YOU
  7. Some good performances today, they never really threatened but we grafted out a decnt win and kept a clean sheet too
  8. Big John went on to open a chippy at Primrose Bank a good few years back, I believe he passed away about 5 years ago, really nice guy with a very infectious laugh
  9. `And there was a red haired lad who went everywhere but was always legless. Once, at Birmingham, he was that drunk he couldn't manage to get back up the steep terracing` That could be mad Eddie from Glodwick who used to hang about with Mouse and Gus Green
  10. He messed up on one crossover the midfield held his hands up then re claimed the ball and put things straight, brilliant
  11. Probably best to avoid Town, in particular Upsteps and Yorkshire St as there have been a few unruly scenes between sets of fans in the past. Head down Rochdale Rd to the White Hart or the Clayton Green near the ground you should find a warm welcome down that end.
  12. Found them to be really friendly, after the game one said "lets hope you get Luton in the next round" , you can`t beat Scouse humour
  13. Remember being a junior Blue and going to the open day at the club, I bought his picture from the club shop and had it signed, forgot all about it till I was rooting about in the loft the other week and finding it, a proper chidhood hero Mr Stainrod P.S. I remember him being with Nick Sinclair lol remember him ?
