yeah Scott has been more times than me over the last 2 years, but I've been freinds with County fans for ages since about 1998, they were the people you could actually talk football with at school

I plead guilty, a couple of my closest friends follow County, I live in Glossop, and have supported Latics all my life due to family connections, but had my Dad not been interested I could of easily of been a County fan, when I was in year 8 Stockport gave free tickets out to our school and thats how my mates got into it along with a few other people from the town, I wish Latics had the same idea and branched out of Oldham a bit. I ask any Latics fan if they grew up in a town not too far away from Oldham say Blackburn and all your mates supported them and you were offered a ticket and Latics were away at Southend playing in mid-table and you were hard up with cash at the time what game would you attend? PS I think I want Rochdale to win on Monday because it's a new team to play, although it's win, win situation for me

I've been offered tickets in the Stockport end but I can't afford it really, I'd pay that money if it was Latics or England but not any other team

after Latics I'd say Stockport - quite a few of my mates support them, they're quite a good team, and have gone through a hard time what with Sale Sharks stealing their ground, but things seem on the up. I must say my respect for them will probably be on hold for 90 minutes if we play them next season Barcelona - Ethical reasons really, plus one of my aunties went on holiday there once and brought me back a Barca pencil case, so I was lumbered with it at school and it grew from there really AC Milan - I admired the team they had in the 90's with Maldini, Desailly, Weah, Boban. I would of loved it if they met Man Utd during that period of time because they would of battered them. Also they were formed by Englishmen Ajax - Similar to the AC, reasons, I've always been a fan of total football and liked the side when they brought through the likes of Davids, Kluivert, Seedorf. Also the apparant Latics link to them with the stripe down the shirt, which is probably a myth, but it's nice when your a lower league club to be linked in some way to a Europen Giant. Finally Amsterdam is an ace place

the worst song to come out of the Chaddy in recent seasons was "Who Need Mourinhio We've got John Sheridan" I don't think it's that bad OWTB is orginal as is Zigga Zagga (I think they interviewed Eric Gemmil once and he said it's unique to Oldham), at least we don't go along with that really annoying "by far greatest team......" chant that annonymous teams like Northampton and Peterborough sing.
