I think both are class and are very different types of players the only negative thing you can throw at the partnership is a lack of pace which is why yesterday after Taylor had destroyed their centre halves in a foot race I would have liked Shez to bring mental on straight away to see how he linked with Windass. I know several Royton Bar owners who would be delighted to see him back at Latics. Like most on here ability wise would love him back but there is still the nagging doubt about his attitude.

I think Belichick's achievements rate higher than Lombardi's given the different eras and standard of competition. I agree the standard of video equipment in Lombardi's era meant that filming defensive signals of rival teams was a lot more difficult. We will also say Bill Walsh is a better coach.

In his Sun collumn last week he did a piece slagging off Noel Gallagher and he finished by saying that he was going to be funny and put in oasis lyrics but like everyone in the country he can't remember them. Football is my number 1 sport and always will be but how anyone from the north west of England can not have respect for rugby league is beyond me. Someone slagged off the man of steel but I have a million times more respect for James Graham who will run the ball into 18 stone blokes for 80 minutes rather than the PFA player of the year Cristiano Ronaldo whom a stray fart would knock over. Rugby League sets us apart from our soft southern cousins so lets treasure it and get behind England's efforts in the world cup and cheer them on to victory but if you still dont think its a worthwhile sport try running into Jamie Peacock and your opinion will change.

I think he is a good player but too similar to Allott so difficult for them to play together and that coupled with the form of Whittaker means he is not getting much game time but I am very pleased to have him in the squad.
