We should have something by a local band for the coming out music howabout Blue Monday by New Order? It has blue in the title and we could edit it so that it is at a good part of the tune, it will only be played for about 30 seconds so only a really uptempo bit is needed.

Frank was involved in my favourite goal ever scored at BP. He picked the ball up in midfield ran to the byline, crossed it in for Ritchie to score. Frank was never the most graceful of players but his sheer ballsoutness and commitment to the cause meant he clattered into the advertising boards in front of the old RRE. The rest of the team all ran to Frank to celebrate the goal as he had put the ball on a sixpence and anyone of our grannies would have scored. That is my overiding memory of Frankie Bunn - a Latics Legend in every sense of the word. If only we had signed him earlier, I remember a stat in the programme that showed the table from the date we signed Frank and we were well clear. Such a shame injury robbed him (and us) of top flight football. Thanks for the memories Frank.

Nothing wrong in rotating them. One mistake that Shez made last season was not resting players when he could or dropping them and make them work to get their shirt back. We couldn't do it in some positions but others, like right back we could.

Woo Hoo!!! New job for me!!! Contract runs out at the end of July, budget cuts here to the tune of £30million and things generally going brown and sticky. My boss wanted me to stay but I need the security of a permanent job so I went and got one. The boss asked what she could do to keep me when I got the interview which just made me laugh. I got two letters yesterday, one was my new permanent contract and the other was a years extension for my current job. I have accepted the new one and told the current one to stick it up their arse, with regret like. I leave in a month then have two weeks in my new job before getting married and buggering off to Thailand for two weeks. Can't wait.

Well, I like cue sports, in fact I went and joined Rileys Pool hall on deansgate last night. I went with a mate from work and played 9-ball pool and I won 9-8, which was nice. I know what you mean SW about Selby, he is still a bit green but I think he will mature in to a very good player, he can pot, play safe and has a pool mentality which picks out shots traditional snooker players wouldn't dare go for. Sorry to hear your new Gillian, life does that.

Glad you made money out of it SW, I am just glad the lad made a decent game of it. Seen a few careers ruined by getting tonked in that final.
