    to be fair I lot of people said they weren't coming because of the scary Leeds fans ...... I actually like the 5.15 kick off time, it gives you more time to do other things during the day.

    You have to have some sympathy for Penney, he brings his main man with him from Darlington (Purdie), probably with the intension to gel the team around and he’s out for most of the season. Latics do have dead wood which they need to get rid of (Parker, Colbeck and Whittaker IMO), but give DP time and he will design a good solid team.

    The Chaddy End should of been knocked down instead of The Lookers.

    Everytime I go in the Chaddy End and look at the roof supports it reminds me of something built in the industrial revolution.

    There is no reason why you would be in the middle. The only people who get involved are usually the ones who go looking for it. Stop being over protective, get to the game and cheer on your team.

    I can’t believe people are not taking their families along incase it’s ‘kicks off’!’ What do they expect to happen when sitting in the Main Stand or Chaddy? Oldham v’s Leeds is a great game to take any youngster to, it’s games with plenty of passion that gets you hooked. These people make us sound like a tin-pot club yet again.

    I'd love to compare this seasons wage bill to last seasons. Even though Dave Penney has made a couple of strange decisions (getting rid of Fleming and having no covering centre half), I think he's doing a really good job.
