    More of the same performance against Chesterfield required today but will the pitch not lend itself to that?. For me a must win game, as are all the remaining fixture to secure a play off birth.

    Lets be honest there should only be one winner today going off the season to date. Yet footballs a funny old game so lets see. Maybe a big part of our squad know, including some starters today they won't be here next season, nor want to be but, the desire to be footballer's that got them here should be enough to want to win. Here's hoping that today we piss on the Champions elect parade and in doing so improve our play off chances. COYB.

    Perhaps he isn't as good as lorded on here. I certainly didn't see HV as the answer for our woes when many did. Not saying he's garbage and that he doesn't have some future in the game however, for me not the giddy heights some on here loudly proclaimed.

    Really? I'd say fair play to him. He's selected the players and shown faith in them. Cross the white line and keep your shirt. Are the players doing that?

    Mike Stott was also involved with Jack in running the site, he still goes to Latics. Not heard or seen Jack in a long time.

    Yes, I posted on JK Latics. I remember Jack and myself interviewing Kenny Clements at Diggle Band Club for an article on there. All for a 3 pints fee!! TGOBM was quite a knowledgeable chap, many suspected it was Alan Hardy, not sure about that myself but I do wonder what became of him.

    Feeling under the weather so decided to ditch the ST, stay at home and bought the match to stream. Oh well at least I am warm.

    Just out of curiosity, what percentage of those don't want to wipe Israel of the face of the earth? I really don't know how people come down on side of this conflict, for me there's no one side in the right.
