    Gregan was ok i thought especially his 70 yard HOOF ! O'Grady looked ok, and Davies not far off. Whittaker was immense. Taylor very good. Liddell very good. Crossley awful, Hazell shakey, lomax solid, eardley solid. Allott better as game got on. Maher poor game. Hughes immense, alessandra impressive.

    Crossley was awful even before the OG he never looked comfortable and that third goal was a joke. Hope Fleming is decent.

    Why offer replacement away shirts then ? would people wearing them get beaten up ?

    I understand your point about the club losing money but i dont think 50p is that much of an exageration to be honest i happen to work for a cricket manufacturer and think 50p is probably about cost price for a replica football shirt these days.

    I think that is a very extreme view. However as someone has just said i would enquire about swapping your shirt and see what the club have to say, like i said Alan Hardy is usually good at these matters.

    Point taken however, I think the above post would seem to indicate that he is wanting a replacement shirt.

    I would email Alan Hardy if i was you, he is usually quite good at responding to these things and will at least give u a response.

    I dont think he is demanding money just merely the option to swap his shirt which would probably cost the club a couple of quid yet would be a very good gesture to a loyal fan who has just parted with £40 of his money to support his club, especially during this period of financial instability.

    I'm not sure about laws but most clubs do state that their home shirts will last for 2 seasons and im sure latics were one of these. Last week i bought a home shirt with Hughes 9 on the back and will not be happy if they replace the home shirt. Surely i am entitled to a refund or a swap.

    Are they going to replace the sponsor on the home shirt ? and if they do would people with those shirts be entitled to a refund.

    LOL, it was a good crack i thought although quite a few of the players looked very disinterested indeed. Although the older ones really seemed to be enjoying themselves.

    Just a thought that the club could have made a small loss in order to enable more people to attend as surely the more people who attend the better ? Although granted that people who really want to go will do so whatever the expense.

    Anyone think its a disgrace that the club are charging for travel to the funeral, and they have not mentioned it being donated to Ernies fund. Don't think the club should be looking to make money from this.

    Good suggestion IMO, Stockport have something similar with Danny Bergara Uruguay flag and i think it is a very fiiting tribute.

    I was also thinking along them lines, on many occasions you hear of people with supposedly days to live only for them to survive much longer, we can only hope this is the case with Ernie. Keep Fighting
