He would have been our captain in the top flight ,had we not lost on away goals to Leeds ,it would have been a penalty shoot out nowadays. I have no doubt he would have been a terrific player for the club for years to follow. An athlete diagnosed with a form of Dementia at age 50 seems particulary hard to imagine , his suffering is over. RIP Kevin.

Voted for Baxter's penalty miss but. ......I would have picked the open goal Smith missed to equalise at the Rocky Road End , can't recall which of our 97 one goal home defeats it was.

The sheer unknown makeup of the 2013/14 squad is a big negative for purchasing a season ticket in the lower divisions in this era. Nowhere else would you pay money in advance not knowing what you would get , no one would for example pay up front in these examples unsure which of the options you had paid for. A restaurant - Salmon , or Salmon Paste A Gig - A top band or a tribute band I want to watch Baxter for another season , with a summers training he should be even better next season , it will be a bitter disappointment to buy a season ticket, if he was sold close to the season starting.

Down side of having such a high percentage of children in the crowd due to cheap tickets ,the ones who invaded the pitch all have parents or guardians. .....no fear or respect of authority and what is right & wrong.

They have the top scorer in the division .....so all the back 5 did a top job.

He did very well , Bouzy stopped him getting into trouble at one point. No doubt the manager will praise his performance & chew hm out for being naive enough to get involved in the handbags rubbish that can lead to a red card.

Robbie held the ball well in the second half ,and cleared a few headers from their set pieces ,one in particular when Bouzy was struggling and ....he stood up their nonsense when they were trying to get Millar in trouble , when did a captain of ours last do that ?

Lee Croft put in one if not the performance of the season . The applause he got leaving the pitch said everything. Since our so called fitness guru left the club Crofty has been transformed , boundless energy , commitment , enthusiasm .......get him signed up. For all their pressure , Bouzy had precious little to do and caught everything. Brown & K Smith got better as the game went on & confidence grew throughout. A terrific free kick effort from Mellor , another player grabbing his chance. And as almost every game in 2013 , Mvoto as solid as a rock. A job well done.

Parents not able to get in the stand their children had got into because of the different turnstiles ??? This is scary stuff & totally unacceptable. Any sympathy I had for Bury and their plight is gone .....they can go bust and become a supermarket or housing estate .

Bury now relegated , how motivated will they be ? Got to assume Scunny will win , Yeovil going very well but we do need a home win me thinks.

Could only happen to our super fans. Allowed entry to every hopeless performance & defeat. We manage to win a game & relegate Bury .....and hundreds spent time and money don't get to watch. If there is any thought of crowd size issues these days games become all ticket at the drop of a hat , how on earth have bothe clubs not sensed there might be an issue with pay on the day for away fans. Very poor way to treat our terrific fans staying loyal despite the appaling league season.

Daughter just phoned , reckons there are at least 1,000 locked out , including her & boyfriend. Too easy just to blame Bury , both clubs have got the ticketing hopelessly wrong .....this type of customer service would not be accepted anywhere else. PR disaster.

Bury at home to us followed by Scunthorpe on Tuesday . We probably need to win 2 of our next 3 games at least to take the pressure off before the last 2 away games. Defeat on Saturday will I feel lose the few people ,like myself, who think we will survive. If we do get in front , let's hope for goodness sake we don't stop playing instead of putting the game to bed.

He had an in and out first half of the season imo , but has been our best player in 2013 by a country mile .....the fact he is the joint second top scorer of league goals at the club shows the real problem. We have lost stacks of games ,and not many , especially the home games have been thrashings ....we just score far too few goals.

They appear to be in a similar predicament to what we were in our infamous 1-7 home defeat. Anything other than a victory over a club in tatters like this will not be acceptable.....I mean them in tatters by the way ,not us.

No , it would not be respected by some people I imagine. The problem is some people did very well under her government .... others did not. Mind a lot of our crowd are very young , and I doubt most of them will know anything about the Winter of Discontent , Poll Tax Riots , Hunger Strikers , Privatisation of nationalised industries , miners strike etc etc. Her family deserve to mourn their mother without the possible images of cheering crowds at football and elsewhere

We have somehow managed to isolate not one but two different Premier League strikers this season , neither Derbyshire nor Barnard have had any quality service to work with . Add to which we are incapable of playing 90 minutes without at least one of our back 5(Mvoto excused since turn of 2013) doing something stupid & gifting yet another soft goal. Sick and tired of every team knowing all they have to do is score first to finish us off .

It would be more useful if some of the players who turned up against Liverpool & Everton turned up again.
