  1. Could always get some aids/props in, like rice puddings complete with skins and some large wet paper bags.
  2. You don't come across has being nearly as smug about it though!
  3. Very well put Sly! ha hem ! I was just going to say the exact same thing, but, you erm, beat me to it. It does look like SC has noticed and is biting his lip no longer, something has got to be done, being able to compete fitness/stamina wise, should be a given!
  4. I read some of the players tweets saying they felt fitter than ever, to me fitness and stamina are two very different things. It definitely seems to me it's the latter that's missing!
  5. In SC's Chronicle Interview "We have spent a lot of time and money on a fitness coach and other teams look fitter and stronger than we do. It is not showing" We do seem to drop off and look tired in second half of games. Time For Change?
  6. Keep your chin up kid. Someone you obviously admire once said............ "Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm."
  7. Would hope so. Just seen Broady's tweet.. saying for those asking about a sell on clause.. He doesn't know either. says it's first thing he hoped for when the story broke.
  8. Do Bury still have any resell clauses attached to him? Or did they end when he moved to Charlton? Good shout on the Leon Clarke sweetner, Gaz
  9. Sheik Yerasrsi has promised Champions league football for Latics within 4 years
  10. I'm pretty sure SC once said we only count actual attendees.
  11. I have three sons, all of whom have been season ticket holders, along with myself. Only one of my sons, my 15yr old has been able to renew this season. None for footballing or ground condition reasons. My eldest now finds himself having to work weekends and evenings and the other is starting Uni. I'm sure there are a lot of fans, that are unable to attend for financial or other commitment reasons, that would if they could and have been attributed to the crap football crap ground arguments. I am sure that some are staying away for these reasons also, but, not has many as some think. IMHO
  12. Did someone knock your half empty glass over?
  13. Hard to tell? looked blue to me but my wife swears I'm colour-blind looked like this kit to me: http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11679/8003561/Hart-gets-taste-for-trophies
  14. Joe Hart's wearing French blue with his team mates wearing Light blue and Liverpool are wearing red. Only one winner there then!
  15. We Love You Oldham We Do.....................................It's very frustrating I know BUT I promise I will never BOO my club...........................................
  16. I think a brighter kit can help lesser players spot a team mate running off them, so helping peripheral vision. But I think the main problem with team performance, at the moment is more to do with chemistry, than kit colour. The chemistry that exists between Furman and Wes, that allows them, together, to equal far more than their individual talents should add up to. I think PD has built a team around these two and because of a terrible piece of bad luck, it has completely upset the balance of the team. Furman and Wes together compliment each other and allows for forward motion, as is shown by the fact, that when playing together we invariably win and one of the two invariably scores. A bit like tank treads if one comes if off yer bolloxed!
