The way that I understand it is that Dobbie is on £6K per week at Palace but a lot less at Fleetwood.

Believe it or not Dobbie is on £18k a week at Palace, Fleetwood are picking up a third of his wages for the rest of the season, I suppose my point is how can a team who were playing Mosseley when the 3 amigos took over here have more financial clout than a club like ours ?

Getting a bit sad when we cant afford Jabo Ibehre yet Fleetwood are paying Dobbie 6k a week, we cant compete with Fleetwood now can we sink any lower wage wise and compete in League 1 ?

It was he pinged that 50 yards in a strong wind and it was inch perfect, was my man of the match but Rachubka, Winchester and Elokobi had their best games in a long time, I also thought Brown, Amari and Poleon deserve to start if fit in the next game, give the front two a run of games they will only get better, I personally think its unfair to call them bang average as they defended from the front yesterday and took some of the pressure of the midfield, both look a little short on confidence and for me deserve the game time and our support.

Kusunga and Mills up front? This is why the club don't consult the fans on potential strikers..

On a side note, where does this leave our most expensive squad signing, Poleon?

He should start him in a front two with Amari and give them 3 or 4 games together.

He has a point, the reality is he was never going to sign, Blyth are looking for a fee and from what I've heard we dont have much in the wages pot never mind laying out transfer fees.

Dieng would make a fair striker IMO.

Philliskirk has 3 goals, 3 assists (according to stats site). Plus I reckon he's won 4 - very very soft - penalties for us (Donny, Chesterfield, Dale, Fleetwood). That's 10 goals already, for someone who has been moved around the pitch to accommodate other players and systems. He works hard and wins the ball back for us a lot, and is quite talkative on the pitch. I think he's invaluable and we should play to his strengths.

Be better if he had 10 of his own rather than you claiming goals for him, he is average at best, as we are an average team he fits in okay.

Derbyshire would be a good shout.

This time last season we brought in some quality im not sure we have the same budget or a chairman with any desire to improve us this season, its a shame because we had a real chance of top 8 this season but and a flirt with the play offs, it feels sometimes as if this club of ours is having the life and spirit choked out of it.

Saw a picture floating around which has us top of % of our home attendance in the football league. At the moment we are averaging 860 away from home.

25% of our home following travel to aways, next best is around 15% its a fair amount but Id rather we was getting the 6 or 7 thousand at home and still take 900 away.

I'd be recalling Jack Truelove from his stint at Colwyn Bay, what's the point in having a youth team and bringing our own through ? If an opportunity arises get them in, he plays the position week in week out and with no reserve team how are we ever going to know if he is good enough if he isn't given the chance, why would you play a player who struggles for us in his regular position out of position in front of a squad member who plays left back week in week out, if he doesn't play Saturday release him because he ids never going to get a game for us.

Who elects the board members then the Trust members ? As part of all this shouldnt an EGM be called with all members invited and all positions from Chairman down voted on in an open democratic way ? Its all abit cloak and dagger for me anyone who feels they could offer something has more chance of getting on the commitee at their nearest masonic lodge. (Based on absolutely nothing) my take on it is that he said no when Barry first floated the idea - as did a few others, possibly even Corney himself.

Barry persisted, people started to come round to the hair brained idea, Johnson included.
