Guest sheridans_world
Not to pour cold water on this but I think people should be careful with this fixture. With it being Leicester, an ex-premiership team with a large home support and an evening kick-off. I imagine the police will be pro-active in trying to stop people who have had a few drinks getting in.

I have had the conversation with GMP on this and they are fully aware of unnofficial coaches going, as long as people are not disruptive and they are well behaved! Its the same throughout the league, they want people to go.

I'm only saying be careful!!!
Beardy
I know what you mean Si, and i appreciate your comments, but if you work inline with GMP then you are more likely to be left alone, rather than harrassed! Big fin is a hooligan anyhoo!

Big fin is a hooligan anyhoo! ... and dont you forget it, especially when i'm with my mum... right instigator she is.... with the amount of people (well one person) who was trying to kick off with me at hereford I felt like a bloody hooligan! ... ahh, the lashers game, 2 hours sleep and journey from Brizzle only to be pulled by the rozzers 2yrds from the ground... the old 'my contact lenses are making my eyes red' defence worked wonders! Booze buses run all over the country for different clubs, from the top flight, to the bottom. Just because it's Leicester doesnt mean they'll be more pro active than the police at Hereford (who did challenge a few off the bus for singin in the street ) Alan Groves Perm came up with the idea for Stormtroopers for Walsall away yesterday. At least I think I remember him saying it. I cant really remember that much of yesterday anymore. BigfinLatic
Blackpool Police are complete bastards, simple as. Not really,, the strange thing in all of this is that me and S_W were laughing and joking with them as they escorted us off the bus.... wishing us a good day... and then when we had walked away from them, 10 yards later I get nailed by overkeen super-cop... Oh... I seem to have reinforced your point whilst arguing against it... Cant really see leicester being that bad. Not really notorious for trouble, and we aint exactly local rivals are we? Rocky_Latic
No your right Rocky. Im suprised you are though you looked like you were going for the lot with them shots in the GM It ended up with me being put in a taxi. Jumping out and into another. Being sick outside the G.M and being told this morning that I fell asleep on the bathroom floor and had to get put to bed. Then again, I had to get told how I got home last night as I didnt have a clue. So much for just going for a quiet drink after the game. Bring on the Swindon! Still laughing at the girl behind the bar who offered to make chickers a ham sandwich.
