Is this true? And if it is, are they a major sponsor? And if they are, should we be worried about them pulling their much needed cash out of the club or, working on the theory any publicity is good publicity, have we done them a massive favour? Belle Vue is not listed on the Club's OS as an official 'partner', which seems to be what sponsors are called. BV sponsored the players' part of the trip to the dogs, but the money spent by the 150/200 fans no doubt recompensed BV for that. A BV official told one of our greyhound-owning fans on the night that it was good to have our players there and that they would be doing it with other local teams. ............This was before allegedly it all went pisshead-shaped!
