BigfinLatic
Why? So people who don't have to do dissertations (and never did at uni by choosing modules that didnt include them ) can laugh at those people doing dissertations. Ha Ha.

jsslatic
Well I've spent nine days so far, got about 50 more Civil War newsbooks to find and sift through and can then start writing. 20 days to go.
monkeykieran
Harsh, just keep to a rigid working plan, and overachieve on it and it'll pass as quick as possible! "sift through" haha that's the way mate! Of the 150 or so references in my masters last year I probably only read about 5 journal articles fully

monkeykieran
Dont get me started on taxes! I paid taxes throughout my time as a student, I paid for all my fees too. I've practially paid for other people to doss on benefits whilst I have worked and studied. This country has it all wrong! I could do with a haircut though haha

maddog
I actually enjoyed my Undergrad one. I didn't enjoy writing up my Doctorate though. I still feel a little traumatised from the whole thing - and it's nearly 3 years ago that I handed it in!

Butter
If ever there was a word worthy of being censored on here "Dissertation" would be it!! I wrote mine in 2 months 16,000 words, 59% week late not bad. Can't remember what the exact title of it as its something i've tried to banish from my memory, the biggest ballache was the references at the end.
