It's intensive, demanding, requires a certain amount of creativity, and self motivation. The benefits are limited, the aims are high - the effort that everybody back here puts in goes largely unnoticed and you'll get abused for doing it from time to time. But the service that OWTB gives - for free - is one that is right up there with the best of them, high quality, high interaction, high standards - for nothing. Not a penny. Free to all members! Don't forget, OWTB provides a little something financially for Latics too - every click on here earns money for the club - so your efforts on staff will help OAFC...
