Seems like a bit of a hard arse... not going to take anything less than 100% from day one, training session one. I remember at the start of Shez's reign he was very much like that, could say he had the hunger for the job. He said he wanted his team to play it on the floor and he wouldn't tolerate his team not doing, that season we played some fantastic stuff.
