Once the ban has been served, a further 5 yellow cards results in a two match ban, and so on. Ths was introduced to discourage players from picking up yellow cards in the majority of games. I know Slade is seeking to challenge the dismissal, be we know what he's like and there ain't smoke without fire. I mean, to get sent off in a friendly takes some doing... most of the time the refs downgrade it to a yellow card and tell the manager to get him subbed.
