I'm not stating that some of these roles aren't essential, although I have my doubts about the need for "Asian Womens Floating Support Worker", but I suspect some good old fashioned restructuring as and when positions become vacant could save the nation a fortune. It's talked about in the "Andy Gorton Taproom" which suggests it's specifically designed for non-football topics. As for server time, I'd call it much needed income through the Summer months.
