Crusoe Posted July 14, 2010 Share Posted July 14, 2010 set up a user account and don't give them the password. if you step away from it press Windows-L (the Windows key is the squiggly symbol near the space bar). that will lock it until you enter the password again. I believe Bob's already considered that option, Acks, but he doesn't really want to put the computer out of action by using one of the cables in that way. Bob, have you considered land mines? Bob, have you considered land mines? How about a big dog with sharp pointy teeth. Or barbed wire? Maybe a combination of some of the suggestions already given? I used to have the same problem until I fitted the keyboard with a pressure switch that would eject the occupant of the office chair through the loft.
