Museum de Latique
From back in the day can anyone tell me the strongest reserve side we ever put out at Bower Fold? Just had a quick flick through. How about this one: 27/9/1995 Mancheste United at Staybridge in Pontins League: Hallworth, Ian Snodin, Pointon, Rickers, Lonergan, Redmond, Pemberton, Beckfod, Olney, Richardson, Beresford, Lee Randall, Serrant, Amdy Hughes. United team Pilkington, OKane, Casper, May, McKibbon, Davies, Thornley, Mustoe, P Neville, Clegg, Smith, Tomlinson, Twiss Thats the same season Sami Hyppia played a couple of games on trial for us. Another side: 7 Jan 1998 v M'boro Grobbelaar. hotte, holt, starbuck, garnett, edmond, rush, hughes, Nabil buchlal, rithie, salt, innes, McCarthey, Barlow Edited February 11, 2012 by Museum de Latique
Wozzer
The second one's disbarred as Starbucks was in it.
Crusoe
Some blast-from-the-past names there. Now I'm thinking of other 'nearly men' trialists like Ossur Hansen and Wassim El Banna (and of course the famous trio of Keith Gumbs, George Isaac and Seretse Cannonier). Dave_Og
I was thinking further back. I know for example that Rick Holden played a few games there in his second spell
