pinevillawill
If Liverpool score and a few scousers decide to celebrate in the home ends do you think we'll see a repeat of Stockport away a few years ago? Could get tastey and the club will only have themselves to blame.
iamjonesyyoafc
if they do, I hope so
Magic Mikey
I was in the Cheadle end that day sat on my hands when we scored. Similarly for Robbie's goal at Anfield in their main stand. I would have expected people around me to be miffed had I celebrated. If they are there to watch the game, fine. If they overtly support the away team in a home end I have no sympathy for them if they get a clout.
opinions4u
"I say Mr Steward, please could you move Johnny Scouse to the appropriate section of this fine arena. Thank you". An alternative to a scrap.

rosa
Oh yeah, season ticket to prove that I'm not a Liverpool fan when someone who's been in the pub all day working themselves into a frenzy about 'Scousers on our manor taking the piss' hears my accent and decides to pick a fight. Knew there was something I'd forgotten to put in my bag. Someone's going to feel a right dickhead when they punch Jose Baxter's dad by mistake. But there are 300 unsold seats in the large section of the RRE. They were never put on sale. Edited January 27, 2013 by opinions4u
NewBlue
Well I'm fine with them bing ejected. But there are 300 unsold seats in the large section of the RRE. They were never put on sale. Why's that? I assumed Liverpool would gobble up their allocation, they always do.

ghostofcecere
This reminds me of the Leeds fans will all be pissed and causing trouble all over the place thread a few years back. Scaremongering.

NewBlue
Police. Are those 300 seats that are vacant between the home and away fans in the RRE next to the barrier?
pinevillawill
can't see José Baxter's Dad celebrating if Liverpool score can you? Exactly. It's not a scouse accent witch hunt thread. I was sat in the Millwall home end when we beat them 3-2 a few years ago (long story). Did I celebrate? Did I fudge! I was celebrating inside but didn't fancy a bottle of orange Fanta to the back of the head.

rosa
Exactly. It's not a scouse accent witch hunt thread. I'm glad to hear it. I do worry that people blowing the potential for trouble out of proportion will result in some people being out for a fight though.
rudemedic
Is it overly chauvinistic of me to suggest that any man who hits our resident Scouser for being a Scouser in the home end deserves a good kicking themselves?
Magic Mikey
I think some people are missing the point of the original post. The "crime" isn't being scouse (see big Joe and Jose to name but two) it is celebrating a Liverpool goal in the home end. This is clearly inflammatory and anyone who does it is either very stupid or out for trouble themselves.
wogghead1
I was in the Bolton end in '94 when beckford scored, did I celebrate..... Yes I did, emotion took over, couldn't help it. Funny looking back now but at the time I nearly :censored: my pants!!!

bossrocks
I'd like to think any Liverpool fans sat in home areas would be humble enough not to go crazy - its not like it will be an out-pouring of uncontrollable emotion for them if they score against L1 opposition. pinevillawill
Got two Scousers sat behind me in the Chaddy. One has even had the descency to come in his Liverpool top. Asked him why he was sat in the Oldham end, his reply - ':censored: happens'
