opinions4u Posted April 25, 2015 Posted April 25, 2015 It was eventually well observed and quite moving. But the bloke who decided to start clapping - get a grip next time. Quote
rudemedic Posted April 25, 2015 Posted April 25, 2015 Do we have a repeat of this all time classic post? http://www.owtb.co.uk/index.php/topic/44465-the-silence-that-became-and-applause/?p=683923 Quote
leeslover Posted April 25, 2015 Posted April 25, 2015 I must admit I feared for the silence, not on account of the views of any of our fans but just the end of season beerage and people coming in during it. I think we can take from it that we can maintain a silence even if the odd person missed the call and a few join in thinking it's the best of a bad job once it's started. I watched that horror live on TV as many will have done. I've seen it since and it isn't any better, but accusations about the then Chairman at Bradford have taken it to a new level. I'm glad we joined Walsall in marking the occasion. Quote
Diego_Sideburns Posted April 25, 2015 Posted April 25, 2015 Well done once again with the "Stand Up For The 56" and the minute's applause accompanying it! Quote
welshgaz Posted April 25, 2015 Posted April 25, 2015 It was eventually well observed and quite moving. But the bloke who decided to start clapping - get a grip next time. It was a learning disabled fan with his top off. Quote
Monty Burns Posted April 26, 2015 Posted April 26, 2015 People wanted to clap the horrific deaths of 56 people???? Wankers. Quote
