Scunthorpe have a (players) budget of £3M??? with a turnover last year of £2,771,629. http://www.scunthorpe-united.co.uk/news/article/scunthorpe-uniteds-annual-report-2831886.aspx I think at the bottom it means that wages was 156.7% of turnover (from 116%.)
