100milesaway
What a talented lad he was. So tricky, and a proper entertainer. Every team we played, tried to kick him up in the air. Problem for them was, they had to catch him first. Tragic that he died still as a very young man. But what a player he was.

I grew up in Conway Close opposite. Edited February 18 by AlanGrovesFanClub

Flemboy
Great player.A real crowd pleaser whom I'm glad to have seen him play for us.I recall him playing here for Shrewsbury and being amazed. Him and Les Chapman had a mens fashion shop on Hollins Road which was where i went to a lot. Edited February 20 by Flemboy
