  1. He's played one game for us thus far and has been a bit of a journeyman in loan terms. It's early days to start falling over ourselves just yet, but perhaps one of the add on's/caveats in NT's move to PNE was an option on Jarrett at the end of the season if his loan spell works out as hoped? Perhaps we weren't willing/able to match his PNE wages but we will be able to negotiate a contract with him in the close season?
  2. I'm sure that Latics would have considered it, but at the end of the day if Neal didn't WANT to sign for Derby then Latics have no say in it. The selling club can't MAKE the player sign for another club.
  3. Sad to see him go cos I would have liked him to do it with us, but best of luck Neal!
  4. Awwww diddums! It's about bloody time we were more ruthless in the transfer market. Fancy nasty old Oldham trying to get the best deal for the sale of one of their brightest young prospects for years!!
  5. At a guess Swansea. And I think Forrest are pretty mean at the CG so I'd guess at them.
  6. Wolfy needs service on the deck OR a big man alongside him combined with a run of a few starts - none of which he's had the luxury of thus far. Lumping it up to him as was the case against Page on Saturday is an utter, utter waste of time and make him look inept.
  7. Exactly what I was thinking at the time Chris. Proper rub Burnleys nose in it. 'Merked', was it?
  8. We got Jason Jarrett Which sounds a bit like carrot He's from North End He's Bele's friend!
  9. My goodness! I've just nearly fallen off my chair! Positive comments Jerzy? Good stuff!
  10. Aye, but there are 6 loan periods in there. Hadn't TC had about 9 clubs by the time he signes for us as a 26/27ish year old?
  11. Not really a kid now though Ross. He's 28. Still, fingers crossed that he gives us something we don't have in the midfield.

  13. Aye, that's exactly what the club needs innit?
  14. We did that in buying Porter, and look how that turned out!!
  15. Santa Cruz for the rest of the season will do very nicely thanks! I think that H****s still owes us a large one!!
  16. As much as I rate Andrews, surely we need a big target man up top at the minute?
  17. Oh poostripes! Where does the Blackburn connection as posted oafcshuck come in? If they have matched the bid then I can see it being extremely hard to turn down from Trotters POV.

  19. Would it not cause a bit of arseache for those whose car on the club carpark? ie Getting blocked in by away supporters cars etc? I suppose that would still give the majority of 'foot traffic' a chance to be away from the ground though.
  20. Maybe Tommy, but he hasnt' notched in his last 11 games and you can see his own frustration when he's on the pitch. He's trying too hard to get himself on the scoresheet at the minute - I think that's evident from the wild shots he's snatching wide etc instead of being more level headed and passing the ball. He'll come good though.
  21. Thought after beating Everton in round 3 wearing tangerine we should have worn it against Hudds in round 4 TBH!
  22. I didn't mean in the ability stakes HTC, I meant frustration-wise.
  23. What, you don't think he's having a bad time?
