  1. Would you bid on this slightly out of shape shirt? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Glasgow-rangers-FC-s...=item2a0824b11f
  2. I am missing 2 programmes and 2 tickets for last season and. If you have them and are happy to let them go please contact me. Programmes Leyton Orient 18 August Walsall away 24 November Tickets Walsall away 24 November Huddersfield Town 6 April Also wanted 200//2010 season tickets for all parts of BP except for adult chaddy end.
  3. Ive not found a link as yet - just going off what was said in a interview.
  4. Heads up chaps the England friendly this afternoon is live on the BBC sport website at 15.00
  5. They will be worth a little bit more it there are any tickets with them. Prozac - I have had a pile of programmes give me - Ill check the for the Everton ZDS for you. Ill either swap it for a 198/1987 home shirt oy you can have it free - your choice BTW any others you want 60's to now?
  6. Complaints already about how log it takes to buy a pie at half time - add on time to put points on a card as well hmmmmmmmm
  7. Actually only 2 people bidding on it - and I could probably name them. Some collectors like the fact it comes directly from the club and has a COA. Its worth a nice premium on the selling price to the club.
  8. Thats the postponed fixture. Not at the moment but may have in the next couple of weeks.
  9. You'd have thought a new away shirt EVERY year was enough opportunity to prat around with quirky designs, and just have a classic strip for home that never really changes in terms of the basics. Also for us collectors next season new sponsors - n-power. So thats six shirts next season to be bought.
  10. The actual cost of shirts has come down relativley. £40 does look a lot and I only got the away one to wear this season as I like tangerine. Compare that to 1988/1989 season - a adult replica shirt was £42. To sit in the Main stand was about £5.
  11. There is a 95/96 away shirt on ebay to finish sunday night: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...em=180494650451 I have 1995/1996 shirts as numbered 1-14 (league, league cup and FA Cup) only but this is numbered #15. It certainly looks kosher but the Anglo-italian cup games in ancona and genoa where numbered 1-16. Any one know what kits where used for those games. The teamsheets did not include kit details.
  12. Believe he went out on loan to a Rhyl in the League of Wales club in January
  13. For the Texaco Cup group games against Sheffield United (3/8 H), Blackpool (6/8 a) & Manchester City (10/8 a) a group brochure was issued.
  14. Meant to go to the sports center yesterday as the Fustal team where playing their second home game but was unable to go. Anyone on here been and is it worth the trip?
  15. You can still see some of the turnstile entrances by the uni.
  16. Sounds right prozac - i know a couple of collectors who want a copy - but not with writing on
  17. Ive been contacted by a chap from 442 magazine as they are doing a look at the career of Alan Groves. If anyone has any memories they would like to share here are his details: His email is: Steve.anglesey@mgn.co.uk Hi - have seen your website and wonder if you can help. I'm writing a retrospective piece about Alan Groves for FourFourTwo magazine. Hopefully most of it will be based around an interview about him with Harry Redknapp, who played with him at Bournemouth, but I'm looking for fans' memories of a great player. More or less the only thing I can remember about him - apart from the afro - was the way he used to come out with his forehead and eyebrows greased up like a boxer. Have you got any particular memories of Alan - or do you know someone who would be able to help me? Thanks very much for your help Steve I know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Grovers!!!!!!!!!
  18. Not another batch - suspect they found a few in a box when they where "revamping£ the Latique - sorry "we are Latics" They went pretty quick - though the shirt on offer is a medium its still pretty collectible - not unrealistic to look at £35-£45 not sure what the seller would be looking for.
  19. Yeah Also a Marino fan from when I used to take the newspaper Dolphin Digest coz there was no other way of Dolphin news - Those where the days Marino to the marx brothers - still have a framed programme cover signed by Don shula from when he he broke the winningest coach record of 325 games gainst the eagles in '93. Stillwe paid £75 each for tix . Will def have to think hard next year before laying out that for third year in a row. Also felt a bit cheated with no half time show - btw who was the jerk who did the pre-game entertainment ?
  20. I got back about the same time - 01.15 Problem with any NFL game at Wembley is 80% of the non US fans in attendance do not support either team - they are just there to see a live game. I never thought I would cheer for the Bucaneers but I did last night.
  21. The Maurice Whittle goal that never was against United 1974/5
  22. Recently bought a large programme collection and there were over 500 Latics programmes in it. Happy to sell as a whole or individually. All programmes are 30p each.
